Forex Trading Platform QuestionsWhen I try to log in to the forex trading platform, I get the message: "Failed to connect to server. Try again." What should I do? The failed to connect to server message will appear if you attempt to log in to the network during a time when the server is unavailable, you have no internet access or you have a firewall in place. How are forex orders executed online? Forex trades are executed automatically by the trading system on the first-come, first-serve basis. In the forex trading application I get the message, "Unknown window type". What does it mean?? This message usually occurs when there is an outdated version of the forex trading software on your computer. Simply go to the Forex Trading USA website and download the most recent version. Why did I receive the message "You are being forced to sign off by the server, Please try again?" The system administrator will log you off the trading system when server is about to be made unavailable. When I try to log in the trading system, I get the message "double log in attempt." What does this mean? ? This is a security measure. The forex trading network allows your to be logged in to one trading application at a time. If someone else has logged on as you or if you already have the trading application running, the message will be appear in both applications and the second attempt will be denied. While attempting to log in to my forex account, I received the message "User Login not Found." What should I do now? This message usually results from a misspelled username or an incorrect password.
